Q. Do I get of damage cover when my vehicle is being moved?
A. Our quoted prices includes full cover for any damage caused during
transportation. Ensure you note at delivery and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will help you promptly get it fixed. Please refer to our terms
and conditions for exclusions and limitations.
Q. Does the car have to be in drivable condition to transport it?
A. Yes. It needs to start, have a good handbrake but does NOT need to
Q. Does the vehicle go on a truck or a car carrier? Does it transport
more than one car?
A. In most circumstances your vehicle will be transported interstate
on an 8-10 car carrier which is the same as is used to deliver new vehicles. Smaller
trucks pickup and deliver to your home.
Q. How much notice do you need to take my booking?
A. Our recommendation is that you book 7 days in advance, however we
can accept door to door bookings within 48 hours of pickup and 24 hours for depot
Q. What happens if I have to change my pickup day?
A. Any changes advised by email 48 hours prior to pickup are made on a
no charge basis, later than this a $45 rebooking fee is payable.
